Add your cooking oil of choice to a large cast iron pot and allow it to begin heating up.
Put the crushed pork rinds on a plate and add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy whipping cream.
Dip the cube steak into the egg mixture and then coat it with your pork rind "breadcrumbs". The cube streaks will not be 100 percent coated, but that's okay.
Place the breaded cube steak into the oil and fry for about 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
